Ingredients
Préparation
- 1kg of raclette (plain, smoked or flavoured according to your taste... truffle, mushrooms, mustard, pepper, etc.)
- 3 onions
- 2,5 kg potatoes
- 400g uncooked ham matches
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
Steam the potatoes.
When cooked, peel and cut them into dice.
Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Place the raclette slices on top and bake until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. It is ready!
