Ham and Mustard Raclette “Clafoutis”

- - 6 slices raw ham
- - 100g mustard raclette
- - 5 fresh or freeze-dried basil leaves
- - 20cl whole milk
- - 2 eggs
- - 100g flour
- - 35g butter
- - Salt, pepper
- In a salad bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
- Stir in the two whole eggs and mix until smooth.
- Gently stir in the milk. Then cut the raclette into small dices,
finely slice the raw ham and the basil.
- Them into to the mixture.
- Butter a gratin dish and pour in the dough.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
