  • - 3 slices of Parma ham
  • - 6 tomatoes
  • - 2 eggplants
  • - 100 g of « Meule du Besac »
  • - 100g of grated swiss cheese
  • - 1 mozzarella di Buffala
  • - 1 can Cream of Tomato soup
  • - Fresh basil
  • – Salt, pepper
  • Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  • Cut the Parma ham into small pieces and place it in the bottom of a dish.
  • Put some tomatoes slices on.
  • Spread the Besac cheese slices, then the eggplant slices, basil, mozzarella cut into pieces and 3 remaining slices of tomatoes.
  • Pour some Cream of Tomato soup over it, sprinkle with grated swiss cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Bake during 30-40 minutes at 200°C.
