Gratin of vegetables with 3 cheeses

Cooking time: 40 minutes
- - 3 slices of Parma ham
- - 6 tomatoes
- - 2 eggplants
- - 100 g of « Meule du Besac »
- - 100g of grated swiss cheese
- - 1 mozzarella di Buffala
- - 1 can Cream of Tomato soup
- - Fresh basil
- – Salt, pepper
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Cut the Parma ham into small pieces and place it in the bottom of a dish.
- Put some tomatoes slices on.
- Spread the Besac cheese slices, then the eggplant slices, basil, mozzarella cut into pieces and 3 remaining slices of tomatoes.
- Pour some Cream of Tomato soup over it, sprinkle with grated swiss cheese, salt and pepper.
- Bake during 30-40 minutes at 200°C.
