Emmental « Chips »

  • - 200g grated raw milk emmental
  • - Herbes de Provence
  • Preheat the oven to 110°C (thermostat 6).
  • Grate the raw milk Emmental and form small piles of Emmental on a baking sheet. With the back of a spoon, flatten them slightly.
  • Place in the oven and cook for about 5 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned.
  • Move the baking sheet from the oven and let cool.
  • Sprinkle with Provence grass.
  • To be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a soup, it’s delicious!
