- 200g grated raw milk emmental
- Herbes de Provence
Preheat the oven to 110°C (thermostat 6).
Grate the raw milk Emmental and form small piles of Emmental on a baking sheet. With the back of a spoon, flatten them slightly.
Place in the oven and cook for about 5 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned.
Move the baking sheet from the oven and let cool.
Sprinkle with Provence grass.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a soup, it’s delicious!
