  • - 1kg of raclette (plain, smoked or flavoured according to your taste... truffle, mushrooms, mustard, pepper, etc.)
  • - 3 onions
  • - 2,5 kg potatoes
  • - 400g uncooked ham matches
  • - Salt and pepper
  • - Nutmeg
  • Steam the potatoes.
  • When cooked, peel and cut them into dice.
  • Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
  • Place the raclette slices on top and bake until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. It is ready!
