Ham and Mustard Raclette “Clafoutis”

  • - 6 slices raw ham
  • - 100g mustard raclette
  • - 5 fresh or freeze-dried basil leaves
  • - 20cl whole milk
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 100g flour
  • - 35g butter
  • - Salt, pepper
  • In a salad bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in the two whole eggs and mix until smooth.
  • Gently stir in the milk. Then cut the raclette into small dices,
    finely slice the raw ham and the basil.
  • Them into to the mixture.
  • Butter a gratin dish and pour in the dough.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
