Ingredients :

  • 1 bouquet of cheese terroirs
  • 3 generations of passionate
  • commited producers
  • 1 generous spoon of will
  • 1 good dose of innovation
    and know-how
  • 1 pinch of agility

Maturation :

  • 30 years

Recipe :

  1. Carefully select committed producers, cheese passionates and immerse them in the heart of cheese terroirs. Add a spoonful of will. Mix.
  2. Once the mixture is homogeneous, incorporate a pinch of agility.
    Mix again until you get dedicated production and processing sites.
  3. Pick up your mix with a dose of innovation and know-how.
    Adjust the doses according to your desires to obtain a tailor-made recipe.
  4. Finally, let it mature for more than 30 years and you will get a family business that has always been passionate about cheese!

Our products are cut and packaged in France... but we also import cheeses from elsewhere! Cheddar from UK, Gouda from Holland, Manchego from Spain.

Our terroirs and our products have no more secrets for us that's why we are able to get good products from the best European terroirs.
