  • - 2 large spoons of crème fraîche
  • - 200g ham or chicken
  • - Salt and pepper
  • - Rosemary branch
  • - 400g pasta
  • - 180g grated Gourmand
  • Cook the pasta «al dente».
  • Add 100g of grated Gourmand, 2 large spoons of crème fraîche
    and diced ham or chicken.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
  • Add the remaining 80g of grated cheese to the mixture.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
